Christ has called all believers to fulfill the Great Commission.
How do we each fulfill this command? We begin by Knowing Christ well. We are ambassadors for Christ and the local church is God’s instrument to reach the nations, both near and far. Join us in learning from Dr. Mark Tatlock and a series of partnering missionaries about what a believer’s responsibility is and the privilege of making Christ known to all peoples.
A conference to equip the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God.
Ephesians 4:12
From The Master's Academy International and Grace Ministries International
Prior to being appointed to his full-time role with TMAI, Dr. Tatlock served as Executive Vice President and Provost of The Master’s University. Mark brings 17 years of executive administrative experience to TMAI, and has been active in theological training for cross-cultural ministry within urban and international contexts. As a graduate of The Master’s Seminary, he is committed to TMAI’s theological distinctives and the priority of pastoral training. Mark and his wife Lisa have five children: Jacob, Josiah, Hope, Paul, and Olivia. Care for orphans and foster children is an area of personal concern for them both, believing that God would have His people model the amazing picture of the Gospel and of His love that is found in adoption.

Q&A
There will be a small fee of $20 per adult for members of LCBC and $25 per adult for non-members. This will help cover costs for the following:
All registration payments for EQUIP are to be made online by credit or debit card when you register. If you are having any technical issues with online payment, please contact us at information@lagunabaptist.org.
We will keep registration open until the day of the EQUIP, but if we get enough registrations where we would max out the room capacity, then we would need to close registration at that point.
On-site childcare is available for kids 3rd grade and under. We will be providing snacks for childcare, but we ask parents to bring snacks for their children if they have any allergy concerns.
We do not plan to live-stream the conference. We encourage everyone to come out in-person for the full-experience.
Live, digital translation to Chinese will be made available on your mobile phones through Polyglossia. If you need any help setting this up, please ask any staff member.
EQUIP is intended primarily for our church family at LCBC. However, we hope we can bless others from other church families as well. To that end, the registration timeframe will be as follows:
Upon arrival, check-in at the registration table in the MPR (the gray and white building) where main events will be hosted. Childcare will be located in the ETC (the red building).
